The shell is 210D diamond ripstop nylon with reinforced TPU panels and weather-resistant zippers, finished with our silver D-ring hardware. It shrugs off rain showers and daily wear — though it isn't designed for full submersion.

We cover the hardware that makes the gear work, for as long as you travel:
- Backpack— every buckle, strap, and zip
- Vacuum bags— the one-way valve and electric pump
If a covered part fails through normal use, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, not accidental damage, misuse, or normal cosmetic wear.
Email support@packafly.com with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue. Our team will assess it within2 business days and arrange a repair or replacement. No receipt printing or warranty cards to keep — your order history is all we need.
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition for a full refund — no hassle, no restocking fee. Once we receive it, refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 9–12 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $149. We ship to most countries worldwide; international timelines and any duties vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
